The invisible shoe trend is enjoying an extended moment in the spotlight.

Ever since Kanye West popularized the style in 2016 with the release of his Yeezy lucite heels, which his then-wife Kim Kardashian and her famous sisters wore every chance they got, the clear shoe trend never really left. Six years later, PVC footwear is still favored by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, and Hailey Bieber, among other celebs. And they’re still a staple in the Kardashian-Jenner's closets.

Keep scrolling to see how these A-listers rock their invisible heels.

Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, And Kylie Jenner In Andrea Wazen

Selena Gomez attended an event in Paris on July 8 wearing a pair of Andrea Wazen “Kay” pumps, in black leather and PVC with Swarovski bow detailing. On the brand’s website, the "Kay" pumps retail for $685.

Gomez isn’t the only celeb who has been traipsing all over Paris in Andrea Wazen. Jennifer Lopez also hit the city for her honeymoon, and she rocked not one but two pairs from the label. They’re the “Antigone” platforms in nude and black, which are priced at $620 each on the site.

For a photoshoot, Kylie Jenner also donned a pair of Andrea Wazen heels named after her. The “Kylies” are $500.

Hailey Bieber And Khloe Kardashian In Femme

Hailey Bieber recently attended a wedding wearing a sexy green corset dress which she styled with the Femme “Macallan” slingback pumps. These chic, 100% vegan heels retail for $189 on Femme’s website.

On their Instagram, Femme also posted a photo of Khloe Kardashian wearing the “Gianni” mules, which are also $189.

Khloe Kardashian In Yeezy

Proving her love for the trend, Kardashian recently attended an event for her sister Kim’s skincare line, SKKN, wearing a pair of Yeezy Season 2 lucite heels, the pair that started the craze in 2016. Back then, this shoe was seen on the foot of every Kardashian-Jenner and fashion icon you could imagine. Many brands have jumped on the bandwagon over the years and the trend is still going strong today.

'Goes With Everything'

What is it about the style that makes it a favorite of celebs (and everyone else for that matter)? Designer Jessica Rich told TZR, “I think that now, all shoe brands are making sure to include PVC in their collections because it goes with everything in your closet. For celebrities, the shoes can be dressed up or down. Also, PVC shoes remain elevated, which is why I think so many celebrities tend to favor it over other materials.”
