Chloe Bailey Makes A Style Statement At 2022 Earthshot Prize Awards

The Have Mercy artist shared a carousel of photos on Instagram captioned, “this year’s Earthshot ceremony was so beautiful 🤍🦋 such an honor to perform with my sis & meet The Prince and The Princess of Wales 👑.”

The first pic is a full shot showing off her strapless navy gown. In the second, she’s squatting down on the green carpet, her voluminous skirt surrounding her in a cloud of fabric. Swipe to the third slide to see how much space her skirt took up in the car.

There are also various mid-shots of her striking poses and sipping coffee, and the rest are group shots with Halle and the royal couple.

Chloe’s gown was by Monsoori and featured a fitted bodice and an asymmetrical, poofy skirt. It was the perfect princess gown but the singer decided to take the edgy route with her accessories, which included black patent thigh-high boots by Stuart Weitzman and matching latex gloves. She also wore a sparkling choker, earrings, and super-cool locs.

Now we can’t not mention Halle’s look here, which was just as head-turning. The Little Mermaid star rocked a chartreuse one-shoulder gown by Nicole + Felicia that featured a fit-and-flare silhouette, waist cutouts, and a thigh-high slit. For her footwear, she chose a pair of sparkling, strappy sandals by Christian Louboutin and finished everything off with De Beers jewels and a sculptural braided hairstyle.

The gorgeous and mega-talented duo gave a stunning performance of “Feeling Good” during the event, which apparently made quite an impression on Prince William. According to Marie Claire, he told Chloe and Halle during their conversation that “the staging and the lighting was amazing.”

Other stars in attendance that evening included Rami Malek, Shailene Woodley, David Beckham, Ellie Goulding, Annie Lennox, and Catherine O’Hara. Billie Eilish also made an appearance via a pre-recorded clip.
